- 片語時間副詞：
- 1、yesterday ＋ ...（昨天∼），
- 如：Was Dad at home yesterday evening? （爸爸昨天傍晚在家嗎？）
- 2、last ＋ 時間名詞（上個∼），
- 如：Johnson was in the US last year. （Johnson 去年在美國。）
- 3、一段時間 ＋ ago（∼以前），
- 如：Mom and Dad were classmates twenty years ago.（爸媽二十年前是同學。）
- 4、其他：at that time 那時（= then）／ the other day 幾天前 ／ the day before yesterday前天 ／ just now剛才，
- 如：What did you say just now?（你剛才說什麼？）
